Please submit your request in writing (email). Participant must email the withdrawal request to firstname.lastname@example.org on or prior to fourteen (14) days before the day of the CE course. All refund requests submitted after that deadline will be denied. Students who enroll in the course after that deadline will not receive a refund. Participants who transfer to a later course/session will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of inclement weather or other emergent situations. My CE course could be canceled. Whenever feasible, I will try to notify you of closures via email and/or phone asap. Students will be refunded 100% if class is cancelled by instructor.
Classes are not guaranteed to take place and could be cancelled due to weather, etc. Please contact Brent Deskins at email@example.com or by phone 336-995-7902 before you make plans or hotel or travel arrangements.
Transfers are allowed only within the same course. i.e.: A student may transfer from the Spring offering of a course to the Fall offering of the same course, but may not transfer to a different course. Participants who transfer to a later course/session will not be eligible for a refund.
A $25 transfer fee will be applied when a student enrolls in the subsequent course.
Students may only transfer once. If they are unable to complete a course the second time and still wish to take it, they must re-enroll at full price.
Students wishing to take advantage of the transfer option should contact Brent Deskins at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the name the student used to enroll and the name and start date of the current course session and the start date of the new session desired.
Prior to registering for a course, please read the Refund and Cancellation policies. By submitting on-line registration and payment for continuing education courses, registrants are agreeing to the refund and cancellation policies for that course.
